Iran Helps Georgia Rehabilitate Gas Pipeline

The Iranian government approved payment of a USD 10 million loan to 7 states, including Georgia, IRNA news agency reported on August 23.

According to this report Iran will grant USD 500,000 to Georgia for the rehabilitation of the gas pipeline from Iran to Georgia.

The Iranian government has already allocated 20 million Euros in projects aimed at boosting economic and trade ties with Georgia.
