The Interior Ministry of breakaway Abkhazia plans to set up anti-terrorist center, Abkhaz news agency Apsnypress reported on April 4.

Otar Khetsia, the Interior Minister of the breakaway region, said that the Center will be recruiting young people between the ages of 20-27 on a contract basis. No other details about this new structure are reported.
