Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli said on October 25 that talks are underway between Iran and Georgia about the possible import of Iranian gas. He noted that prices are also being discussed.

“Certain progress has already been made regarding an agreement on gas supplies; however, talks in this direction are still underway,” the Georgian Prime Minister said.

Georgian Foreign Minister Gela Bezhuashvili and Energy Minister Nika Gilauri visited Tehran on October 22-23.
