Shalva Natelashvili, the Labor Party leader, has criticised the Polish and Lithuanian presidents, Lech Kaczynski and Valdas Adamkus, respectively, for what he called their support of the Saakashvili "regime."

“Kaczynski and Adamkus – these two [politically] bankrupt presidents - are free attorneys of Saakashvili,” Natelashvili said on the Tbilisi-based Kavkasia TV on June 2.

He also said there was “real democracy” in Poland because, according to him, the prime minister and president were from different political parties. “But they support [Saakashvili’s] authoritarian regime here,” Natelashvili continued, “because they want to have someone here to bark at Russia instead of them.”
