Reports: Senior Russian Military Commander Injured

Gen. Anatoly Khrulev, commander of Russia’s 58th army, was wounded after the Russian military convoy was attacked in South Ossetia, the Russian news TV channel Vesti reported.

Unites from the Russia’s 58th army are engaged in fight with the Georgian forces in South Ossetia.

Gen. Khrulev was hospitalized in Vladikavkaz, according to the Russian TV, and his life is not endangered.
