Georgian Foreign Ministry Grigol Vashadze will pay an official visit to Latvia on July 2-3, the Georgian Foreign Ministry reported.

He will hold talks with his Latvian counterpart Maris Riekstins, as well as Latvian President Valdis Zalters, Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis, and Vice Speaker Solvita Aboltina.

In frames of the visit, the Georgian and Latvian Foreign Ministers will sign a protocol on cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries, according to the Georgian Foreign Ministry.
