Abkhaz leader Sergey Bagapsh has dismissed Interior Minister of the breakaway region Otar Khetsia, who had served on this position since 2005.

According to Bagapsh’s official website, reason was Khetsia's appointment on a new post, which was not specified.

Ramin Gablaia, the first deputy interior minister, will be now an acting minister.
