Ex-PM Nogaideli Visits Moscow

Ex-PM and leader of opposition Movement for Fair Georgia party, Zurab Nogaideli, started a week-long visit to Moscow on October 11, his party’s press office reported.

According to this report, in Moscow Nogaideli will meet leadership of Russia’s ruling party, United Russia, with which Nogaideli’s party has signed cooperation agreement earlier this year. During the visit Nogaideli also plans meetings with representatives of Georgian, Abkhaz and Ossetian communities in Russia.

Movement for Fair Georgia said that its leader was in Brussels last week where Nogaideli met with representatives of European Commission to discuss issues related with breakaway Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
