The Georgian Interior Ministry will make first official statement about the arrest of a group of Georgian citizens on suspicion of spying for Russia on November 5. The date of making first official announcement – about three weeks after the arrests were conducted and a week after the news about it first broke – seems to be a deliberately selected by the Interior Ministry as it coincides with the day when Russian military intelligence celebrates its professional day on November 5. |
