Portuguese FM Visits Georgia

Foreign Minister of Portugal, Luís Amado, is paying an official visit to Georgia on December 2-3.

He met with President Saakashvili on December 2 and will meet his Georgian counterpart Grigol Vashadze on December 3.
 
"The strengthening of bilateral relations, regional policy issues and the international economic and financial crisis as well as Portugal’s election as UN Security Council non-permanent member, will be high on the Ministers’ agenda," the Portuguese Foreign Ministry said.

Georgian Foreign Minister, Grigol Vashadze, visited Portugal in February, 2010.
