Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister, Sergi Kapanadze, met with Iranian ambassador to Georgia, Majid Saber, on February 7 to discuss bilateral political, economic and cultural cooperation, the Georgian Foreign Ministry said.

It said that the two diplomats “underscored” that “efforts directed towards establishment of more close and fruitful cooperation between the two countries will be continued both on the bilateral and international level” this year.
