After traveling to Mexico earlier this week, Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze is visiting Brazil on August 25-26.

He met with Mines and Energy Minister of Brazil, Edison Lobao, and discussed potential for investments in Georgia’s hydropower sector by the Brazilian corporations, the Georgian Foreign Ministry said.

Vashadze also met with a group of ambassadors from South American countries accredited in Brazil, the Foreign Ministry said.

The Georgian Foreign Minister was in Mexico on August 22-23 where he met with his counterpart Patricia Espinosa.
