EU foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, condemned "in the strongest terms" on February 13 attacks targeting the personnel of Israeli embassies in India and Georgia.

"The High Representative condemns attacks on members of diplomatic missions as she condemns all acts of terrorism, which cannot be justified under any circumstances," Ashton's spokesperson said in a statement.
