Parallel Vote Tabulation: GD - 54%; UNM - 40.7%

According to the results of Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT), conducted by Georgian election observer organization, the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED), Georgian Dream will win party-list, proportional contest with 54.6% of votes.

The ruling United National Movement (UNM) party will have – 40.7%.

No other political group will manage to clear the 5% threshold required for endorsing candidates in the Parliament, according to PVT. Christian-Democratic Movement (CDM) received 2% of votes; Labor Party – 1.2%; New Rights – 0.4%

ISFED said that the margin of error of PVT results was 1%. 

PVT, which entails counting votes by monitors from an observer organization simultaneously with precinct election officials, was conducted by ISFED with its 1,271 observers deployed across the country.
