Georgian Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze met her Polish counterpart Radosław Sikorski in Warsaw on January 28.

Foreign Minister Sikorski said that Poland was following developments in Georgia closely and reiterated Warsaw’s support to Georgia’s European aspiration, the Polish Foreign Ministry said.

During her visit to Poland, the Georgian Foreign Minister also met with the Speaker of the Senate Bogdan Borusewicz, Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Cezary Grabarczyk, the Chief of the Chancellery of the Polish President Jacek Michałowski, as well as MPs from the Polish-Georgian parliamentary group.
