Georgia’s Prime Minister, Bidzina Ivanishvili, will address spring plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE), which opens in Strasbourg on April 22.

The Georgian PM’s address is set for April 23, according to agenda of the PACE’s spring session.
