New CEO of Georgian Railway Appointed

Supervisory board of the state-owned railway monopoly appointed Mamuka Bakhtadze as the chief executive officer of the Georgian Railway.

Bakhtadze, who holds MBA from INSEAD, previously served as CEO of the Georgian International Energy Corporation, part of the holding Georgian Industrial Group.

Post of the Georgian Railway’s CEO was vacant since Irakli Ezugbaia quit in October, 2012.
