Ivanishvili to Visit Lithuania, Poland

PM Bidzina Ivanishvili will visit Lithuania and Poland on July 18-19, according to the Georgian Foreign Ministry.

On July 18 PM Ivanishvili will hold meetings with Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė; PM Algirdas Butkevičius and speaker of the Lithuanian parliament Vydas Gedvilas, according to the Georgian Foreign Ministry.

Georgia’s cooperation with EU, particularly in the view of Eastern Partnership will top the agenda of talks with the Lithuanian leadership, said Georgia’s First Deputy Foreign Minister, Davit Zalkaliani, on Monday.

Lithuania, which now holds EU’s rotating presidency, will host Eastern Partnership summit in late November.

From Lithuania, PM Ivanishvili will travel to Poland and hold talks with his Polish counterpart Donald Tusk, according to the Georgian Foreign Ministry.
