Georgian PM Condemns Volgograd Rail Station Bombing

Georgia’s PM Irakli Garibashvili has condemned suicide bombing at the main railroad station in Volgograd in southern Russia, which killed at least 15 people on December 29.

“I am appalled by this terrorist act,” PM Garibashvili said in a written statement. “I offer my deepest sympathy and condolences to the Russian people over this appalling tragedy.”

“The Georgian government condemns terrorism, which knows no nationality and boundaries, and is ready to fight against terrorism together with the progressive world,” reads the statement.
