Voter turnout Sunday’s municipal elections as of 5pm local time was 34.64%, according to the Central Election Commission.

Turnout by the same time in previous local elections in 2010 was 40.42%.

Voter turnout in the capital city Tbilisi was 29.3% as of 5pm.
