Policeman Injured in Mine Blast

A Georgian policeman was injured after a police pick up truck hit a mine close to the South Ossetian administrative border on October 21, the Georgian Interior Ministry said.

The incident occurred at 15:50pm, when the police vehicle was patrolling an area close to the village of Avlevi in the Kareli District, Shota Utiashvili, the Interior Ministry spokesman, told Civil.Ge.
