(Tbilisi, August 26 2002, Civil Georgia) On 25 of August Deputy Minister for Internal Affairs of Ingushetia Khazmatan Albakov stated that the two Russian soldiers, who escaped a few days ago, killed 8 Russian border guards.

8 Russian soldiers were killed on 22 of August at the Nazran. On 25 of August representative of Russian Federal Boarder Guard issued a statement according to which "8 soldiers could be kidnapped by the Chechen rebels and taken to Georgia".
