President Shevardnadze favoured expenditure figures of the budget project for the year 2002, presented by the Ministry of Finances. As of Finance Minister's statement, expenditures in the next year's budget are expected to be 958 million 668 thousand Laris, which is 40 millions higher then the previous version of the budget.
Almost all ministers are dissaisfied with the project. "Power" ministers are criticizing it more then others.
